It's time once again for our annual pool party on Saturday July 25th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There will be lots of food, fun, music and door prizes so mark your calendar and come join in the fun.

Fireworks

With the Fourth of July approaching we would like to remind all residents that we do not allow fireworks to be set off on the Bayshore property. If you would like to see a spectacular Fireworks display head downtown where they will be setting them off to music from the top of the Region's Bank Tower at 9:47pm. Welcome

We would like to welcome Sam Nelson to the Bayshore staff as our new Assistant Manager. Sam comes to us from our sister property Linden Square located in Avon Indiana. Sam did a great job at Linden Square as their Leasing Specialist and I know he will do and awesome job as the Assistant Manager here at Bayshore.
