J C Hart Shuffle!

Once in a while the J C Hart company does what is referred to as the "J C Hart shuffle."
So we have some "shuffle" news to share with you! Victoria has been promoted to community manager! She is very excited and ready to take the lead at Bayshore. She will be joined by Meg Merriman as a part time leasing specialist. I am ending my 3rd "tour of duty" at BayShore! I am looking forward to going downtown and becoming the community manager at the Waverley on S. East Street. BayShore has been my favorite J C Hart community for a very long time! I have truly enjoyed working here the past year and a half and attribute my success and career happiness to the outstanding BayShore residents and the J C Hart Company!

Oops! Asphalt Repairs

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! It seems like they are never long enough! As you may already know we had the asphalt repaired yesterday. It looks great! However, we want to apologize for not giving you advanced notice! We were surprised, too! They were about a week early. Thank you for being so patient!

Lee's Tailoring Of Indy

Lee's Tailoring is right across the street from us! Lee does excellent work and is very reasonable. For all your alteration needs (including hemming pants or jeans) call or stop by Lee's. You can reach them @ 317-889-9590. They are on our "live the life" card. If you have not picked up your "live the life" card, we have them at the office. The card offers many discounts from our local friend and businesses.

Make Some Money!

The second annual BayShore yard sale will be held on Saturday, June 6th.
We welcome any of our residents to participate. You can set up on your patio or lawn area, in your garage or carport. We will fire up the grill at the clubhouse and will be serving hot dogs and cold drinks! We will advertise in the Daily Journal and put up signs on Main Street.

Card Entry Reminder

Please stop by the office to pick up your scan card. Effective May 18th the only way you will be able to enter the clubhouse after the office closes will be with your scan card. The fitness room and gym will be open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm! Have Fun and Enjoy!

It's the Year of the Resident and we're excited to announce the Live The Life Referral Program that rewards our residents up to $500 for referring their friends, family, or anyone they'd like for their neighbor!

All residents who refer someone to a J.C. Hart Apartment Community between May 5th, 2009 and September 30th, 2009 will earn a cash reward of:

$100 for the first referral

$250 for the second referral

$500 for the third and beyond

All referrals must move in to a J.C. Hart Apartment Community between the dates of May 5th and September 30th, 2009 in order for the referring resident to receive their reward.

This Week End @ The Track!

The public gates officially open tonight, Friday, May 1st, @ 7:00pm. There is live music and a "balloon glow" from 8 - 9 pm. The track will be open and free to the public Saturday night from 6 - 9:20 pm. Live bands will begin to perform @ 6:30pm, a "balloon glow" from 8 - 9 and fireworks @ 9:00! Sounds like fun if the weather cooperates!

We will keep you posted on further activities at the track through out the month of May!

BayShore Card Entry Update!

The card entry system for the clubhouse has been installed! In order to enter the clubhouse after office hours you will need a scan card. Please stop by the office so we can issue you your card and have you sign the card agreement! Only the actual lease holder can sign the agreement and pick up the scan card.

One card will be available to each apartment free of charge.
